Join us for a night of tasty spring inspired dishes paired with wines from Saviah Cellars! We are very excited to have Jared Funk, one of the winemakers from Saviah Cellars in Walla Walla, joining us to share some of his wines, which should pair perfectly with these delicious dishes.
Here is a preview of the menu so far (subject to change):
Course 1: Tarragon Tuna Patties with Avocado-Lemon Aioli
Course 2: Rainbow Spring Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette
Course 3: Chilled English Pea Soup with Crab and Lemon
Course 4: Skillet-Roasted Rosemary Lavendar Pork Tenderloin with Grapes and Toasted Walnuts
Course 5: Ground Beef Steak with Crimini Mushrooms, asparagus, and a Caper-Balsamic Cream Sauce
Course 6: Smoked Lemon-Coriander Lamb Cutlets with Grilled Asparagus
Course 7: Limoncello Tiramisu with Vanilla Marscapone, Crushed Cherries, and White Chocolate
Doors open at 5:30pm, when you can grab your self a welcome drink, mingle, and find your seats.
Wine pairing meal begins at 6:00pm.
Gratuity is not included in the price, but a jar will be passed around at the end of the night, and any tips will be shared between all of the staff who made this happen.
