Join us for a our last pairing meal of the season! We'll have Brett from Hayden Liquor joining us to pair whiskeys with our 7 courses of bacon dishes. This is our most popular meal of the year, so be sure and grab your tickets before they sell out!

Course 1: Tempura Bacon with Chipotle-Lime Mayo and Nuoc Mam Cham

Course 2: Crispy Fried Bacon Pork Belly and Watermelon Salad with Balsamic Soy Glaze

Course 3: Bacon Onion Soup

Course 4: Loaded Potato Spring Rolls

Course 5: Oyster Po' Boy Tacos with Bacon

Course 6: Bacon Meatballs with Port Wine Bacon Marinara

Course 7: Peanut Butter and Bacon Dessert Bars

Doors open at 5:30pm, when you can grab your self a welcome drink, mingle, and find your seats.

Pairing meal begins at 6:00pm.

Gratuity is not included in the price, but a jar will be passed around at the end of the night, and any tips will be shared between all of the staff who made this happen.
