Join us for a night of tasty holiday inspired dishes paired with wines from Dusted Valley in Walla Walla, and presented by one of the winemakers

Course 1: Pistachio, Pomegrante, and Brie Bites on Puffed Pastry

Course 2: Roasted Beets and Burrata with Warm Cider Dressing

Course 3: Cajun Style Oyster Stew

Course 4: Ahi Tuna Tartare Towers with Mango and Avocado

Course 5: Salmon Coulibiac with Herby Horseraddish Cream

Course 6: Slow Cooked Bourbon Short Ribs with Cheesy Grits

Course 7: Chocolate Orange-tini Trifle

Doors open at 5:30pm, when you can grab your self a welcome drink, mingle, and find your seats.

Wine pairing meal begins at 6:00pm.

Gratuity is not included in the price, but a jar will be passed around at the end of the night, and any tips will be shared between all of the staff who made this happen.
